Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting in Mississauga & the GTA
Bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and financial reporting for small and medium-sized businesses across the GTA. Based in Mississauga; English and Arabic support.
Understand the numbers behind your business
KJM combines bookkeeping with financial reporting so organized records lead to a clearer view of business performance. The work begins with how transactions are recorded today and the information you need to use.
What we handle
Recording and categorizing day-to-day transactions.
Bank reconciliation and investigation of differences.
Financial statements and reports to support business decisions.
What the work can give you
The aim is a set of records that can be followed back to its supporting information, reconciled balances and reports you can discuss. We agree which statements or reports are needed and how often they will be prepared.
Getting started with your records
Tell us which bookkeeping system or spreadsheets you use, the number of periods involved and whether reconciliations are current. We can then identify the statements, invoices and receipts needed. Software compatibility and the service schedule are confirmed before work begins.
Behind on bookkeeping?
We also help organize and correct incomplete records. See what to gather for catch-up work. Cleanup and ongoing support can be discussed together, with separate scope and timing.
Our office is at 30 Eglinton Ave W, Suite 401, Mississauga. We support individuals and businesses in Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area, with remote service across Ontario. Speak with us in English or Arabic.
COMMON QUESTIONS

Can I request bookkeeping and financial reporting together?
Yes. They are offered together so your records and the reports drawn from them stay connected.
Do you offer a fixed monthly package?
We discuss frequency, transaction volume, record condition and the reports needed before agreeing on scope and fees. No standard package is assumed.
